Supplier data platform for Scope 3 reporting in animal protein.

Procurement360 collects environmental data from the feed manufacturers and farmers in your supply base.

Our platform validates and models it, and returns one aggregated footprint.

The problem

Your Scope 3 number is decided at the feed mill and on the farm.

Scope 3 is the largest part of the footprint of a protein company, and most of it sits upstream, at the feed mill and on the farm. That is also where the data is hardest to get.

Most teams are still working the same way: a spreadsheet template sent out once a year, a handful of replies, secondary averages filling the rest. An average hides exactly the variation you need to see.

The bottleneck is rarely the calculation. It is getting suppliers to send real numbers. What they produce, what they feed, what it costs them, and who else they sell to is commercially sensitive. Most would rather not put it in the inbox of a customer.

Procurement360 removes that reason. Their submission goes to the modeling platform. Your organization sees the aggregate. The data is used for the calculation and nothing else.

When you need this

Five reasons teams bring Procurement360 in.

  1. A customer, retailer, or tender is asking for the footprint of the protein you supply, and estimates will not pass.
  2. Your reporting depends on primary supplier data, and your current response rate is too low to stand behind.
  3. Your feed manufacturers and farmers will not send production data to a customer, but will send it to a neutral modeling platform.
  4. You need to compare suppliers, regions, or feed formulations without their production data landing in your organization.
  5. You already run supplier surveys and have no reliable way to turn what comes back into results.

Who is it for

Built for integrators, processors, and brands buying from farms and feed mills.

“Our suppliers have never calculated a footprint.”

Most have not. Procurement360 asks for the activity data they already keep, not for a finished LCA. The modeling happens on our side.

“How do we know the aggregate holds up?”

Because the method behind it is disclosed and every value is traceable to its source. That is the test an auditor applies, and it is the one the report is written to pass.

You get the result. Your suppliers keep their records.

Feed manufacturers and farmers submit their data directly to the modeling platform, where it is validated, calculated, and aggregated. Your organization never receives the underlying production records. What comes back is the result, and two ways to use it:

  • A report you can defend

Methodology coded from the standards and applied the same way to every supplier. Aggregated footprint results across the relevant impact categories, with boundaries, assumptions, and data sources documented. Ready for the customer, the tender, or the auditor.

  • A machine-readable output

The same aggregated result as structured data, so it can go into your own reporting systems rather than being retyped by hand.

The same standards and the same assumptions applied to every supplier.

Every Procurement360 assessment states its basis before it states a number:

Where primary data is missing, gaps are filled from recognized secondary databases and flagged as such:

The calculations run on our own software, recognized as a calculation tool under the GMP+ Feed LCA standard and separately endorsed by Ovocom:

Six reasons the aggregate holds up.

  • Confidential by design

Suppliers send data to the platform, not to you. You receive the aggregated footprint. That is the difference between a survey people ignore and one they answer.

  • Dozens or hundreds of suppliers

Collection runs across the whole supply base. Coverage is what makes the aggregate hold up.

  • Validated before it is modeled

Submissions are checked against benchmark data from the LCAs we have already run. Conflicts get flagged, not averaged away.

  • 16 impact categories

Carbon is one of sixteen categories in every result.

  • Two outputs, one data foundation

One report for people, one structured file for systems. Both from the same validated dataset.

  • Standards-aligned

ISO 14040/44, ISO 14067, GHG Protocol, FAO LEAP, and PEF.

How it works

Three steps.

Existing supplier submissions shorten the run.

  1. 1. Define the scope

    What you send

Your supplier list, the products or feeds you buy, and whatever data you already hold.

  2. 2. Suppliers submit, the platform validates and models

    What happens

Each feed manufacturer and farmer submits directly to the platform. It checks the data, fills gaps from recognized secondary databases, and aggregates the results across your supply base. Our team runs the final check before anything is released.

  3. 3. You receive the aggregated footprint

    What lands on your desk

One report with documented methodology, and the same result in machine-readable form for your own systems.

Why the numbers hold up

  • Transparent methodology: data sources, assumptions, and boundaries documented
  • Standards-aligned, with the basis stated in every report
  • Data is validated before it enters the calculation
  • Results that hold up with customers and auditors

From €490

Supplier data collection, validation, modeling, and both outputs: one report for people, one structured file for systems. The price scales with the size of your supply base.

Already know your product footprints and need them kept current instead?

LCA Live, our software platform, keeps a whole portfolio of footprints current as recipes, suppliers, and volumes change. Procurement360 is for the step before that: getting defensible data out of the supply base in the first place.

The footprint of what you buy, from the people who produce it.

Suppliers submit to the platform. You receive one aggregated footprint you can defend.
